Link, study, and guidance

Born to be a leader - this is a general explanation for a successful leader. But does it always have to be such? Do all leaders have congenital leadership skills? Or can learning be a possible way for success in leadership?

The truth is that leadership does not necessarily come from genes. Instead it is possible to learn leadership. We have the potential to be a wonderful leader in the same way as we all have singing and running abilities. Some people are better at some fields, but we have opportunities for everyone to learn, have the opportunity to receive training, and have the opportunity to practice to become a leader. Each of us can become a leader in our own simple but unique way, learning is the majority.

What is leadership?
Leadership is actually a learning process. It includes not only one person but also a team of members that they stimulate each other as they grow together. It not only consists of victory, it is strengthened by trials and challenges. It recognizes the idea that success may be impossible without a willingness to learn the complexity associated with leadership.

Leadership is a perfect combination of knowledge, skill and ability, attitude and performance. People will have different views on the qualities of effective leaders, but the answer usually depends on how these characteristics are consistent with the unique combination of those characteristics that are involved in leadership. In addition, the true success in leadership can be found in the efforts of individuals to focus on learning and practicing their skills.

Successful leaders are effective learners. They pay attention to various opportunities to learn. They listen and ask to know more. They are mainly focused on facts, but they are also sensitive to feelings. All these aspects and other areas contribute to their learning as they become better leaders. More importantly, not only the instructor will benefit from learning. Other members of the team members are also sharing the growth of leaders through consistent learning.

Learn the style of effective leadership
There is no single leadership style that fits everyone in any situation. Therefore, fresh recognition and evaluation of team members at every opportunity, and identification of the most appropriate type of leadership style are necessary.

· Authoritative Leaders - This leadership style can be applied if you know that team members are not familiar with participating in achieving goals that they are not willing to participate at the same time. Under these circumstances, the leader prepares the organization and provides necessary guidance to the group. He will decide his / her role and will closely monitor the whole procedure.

Trainer Leader - Despite the motivation of team members, their abilities may not be enough to successfully accomplish difficult tasks. The leader's main role is to train members as members do these tasks. While he is coaching, he also encourages and encourages everyone to do better. This will maintain the momentum and enthusiasm of the group.

· Supportive Leader - This leadership style is the opposite of being a trainer leader. Team members have amazing abilities, but there is no enthusiasm to share what they have. Leaders focus on building relationships as the whole team makes decisions about how to complete work more productively and in a challenging and rewarding way.

· Leader who has confidence - Team members are pleased and capable. Because of this, the leader knows that it can effectively manage tasks, so we have confidence and control to delegate all tasks to the appropriate personnel in the team. He trusts when his team members perform their tasks but exists to observe what they are doing and how they handle their responsibilities .

There are no strong formulas or secrets that can make the leader successful and effective. This does not happen even overnight. Leadership needs to go through processes, including not only victory and failure but also spice brought about by trial and error. Everyone can learn leadership and successful leaders never choose to quit learning.
